Job summary

Hilton Tempo in Nashville is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to ensure the efficient cleaning and distribution of hotel linens and terry. This role supports the housekeeping team while upholding brand standards and providing timely service across the property.

Responsibilities include operating commercial laundry equipment, maintaining a clean laundry area, and ensuring accurate linen delivery. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior housekeeping experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and terry according to hotel standards.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and storage areas.
• Monitor laundry supply levels and alert management when ordering is needed.
• Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and remove items as needed.
• Deliver clean linens to storage rooms or floors as directed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical use.
• Assist the housekeeping team with additional tasks when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
