Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Laundry Associate to maintain hotel linens and processing standards on site. You will manage supply usage and ensure adherence to the hotel's pledge, values, and culture.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year hotel laundry experience, a high school diploma, and strong reliability. The role supports a hospitality-driven team with standard working hours and physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in proper procedures for handling linens, terry and other supplies.
• Sanitation of supplies, guestrooms, public areas.
• Safety and security measures. Report or correct any hazardous conditions observed immediately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort soiled linens and terry.
• Maintain records of damaged or stained linen and terry.
• Operate washers and dryers as manufacturer intended (clean lint traps, wipe machines, load weights).
• Inform supervisor or management of mechanical failures or supply shortages for action.
• Adheres to OSHA guidelines when handling hazardous liquids, chemicals, stains, etc.
• Fold clean terry and linen followed by stocking shelves and storage rooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned, of which the associate is capable of performing.
