Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Laundry Associate to maintain hotel linen quality through efficient cleaning and processing. You will manage supplies, follow the hotel’s standards and pledge, and support guest privacy with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift, and flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends. Prior hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with hotel linen handling and sanitation procedures.
• Understanding of guest privacy and professional hospitality demeanor.
• Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort soiled linens and terry.
• Maintain records of damaged or stained linen.
• Operate washers and dryers per manufacturer instructions.
• Report mechanical failures or supply shortages to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when handling chemicals and stains.
• Fold and stock clean linen and organize storage areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.
• Know emergency procedures and participate in drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
