Job summary

Lbahospitality is seeking a Cook to deliver high-quality food and guest service in a hotel setting.

You will prepare, store, and par stock menu items while upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires standing and lifting, a year of recipe-based experience, and HS diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree and food handling certification are preferred. Potential for advancement within Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• One year experience following standard recipes.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Food handling certification preferred.
• Experience in chain food and retail outlets preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and work long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day.
• Maintain safety and security practices, with knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
• Maintain certification from a brand approved responsible vendor training program.
• Other duties as assigned as staffing necessitates.
