Qualifications

• At least one year of experience preparing food from standardized recipes.
• Hotel/restaurant/food-service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain logs, manage priorities, and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, portion, and present menu items per recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain stock levels, complete freezer pulls, and prep the cooking line.
• Follow all food-safety requirements and log required safety data.
