Responsibilities

• Understand food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of all food and beverage items as directed.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Coordinate catering reservations with Sales Department and ensure guest satisfaction.
