Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary/kitchen experience.
• Banquet and prep experience preferred.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards.
• Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations.
• Inspect all food before serving and ensure proper storage.
