Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Line Cook for the AC Hotel McKinney. You will prepare food to chef specifications and set up stations for the menu, supporting the executive and sous chefs in daily tasks.

The successful candidate will focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant goals. Must be able to work AM/PM shifts as needed.

• Prepares items by cutting, chopping, mixing and sauces.
• Cooks items by grilling, frying, sautéing to recipes and standards.

We are looking for a professional Line Cook at the AC Hotel McKinney to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for the menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Ability to work an AM shift, PM shift or both.
