Hilton seeks a Manager on the Americas Marketing team, based in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX, or remotely (California or Atlanta preferred). You will report to the Director and help lead multi-channel campaigns that drive profitable growth.

You will manage a portfolio of hotels, optimize paid media, and collaborate with revenue management, sales, and analytics to strengthen Hilton's commercial engine.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional work experience.
• Expertise in Meta and Google Ads, including campaign strategy and optimization.
• Understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee digital media performance for a portfolio of hotels in high-revenue markets.
• Provide budget and investment recommendations and lead multi-channel campaigns.
• Analyze commercial performance data and translate insights for Sr. Leadership.
