Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is hiring for a Laundry Attendant to support hotel operations with a focus on clean, efficient linen processing. This entry-level role requires a basic high school diploma and a willingness to learn operating industrial laundry equipment, with opportunities to grow within a hospitality-driven environment.

You will handle sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, while delivering guest and team member service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to recognize and work with numbers.
• Operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Communicate information and hotel services to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into containers.
• Process sorted linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers and feeders.
• Turn in items found in laundry chute/department to log in Lost and Found.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle problems to achieve satisfaction.
• Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of supplies needed and ensure efficient operation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area with a friendly demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
