Hilton Albany is seeking a House Laundry Attendant to wash, iron, fold, and distribute soiled linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths. The role requires operating laundry equipment, sorting linens, and maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior hotel or related experience is a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to meet hotel standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate washing machines and dryers per standards.
• Load and unload washes according to standards.
• Wash and dry all linens, towels, and tableware textiles.
• Sort linen by type, color, and size; pre-treat stained items.
• Fold towels and linens; keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area and equipment.
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests and staff.
• Attend hotel meetings and training sessions.
