Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Queensbury - Lake George is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support daily laundry operations, folding, washing, and other services to ensure a clean and welcoming guest experience.

You will respond to guest requests, greet guests, and maintain the linen room and supplies while following safety guidelines. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.50 and includes a Hilton room-night benefit, with potential summer bonuses.

• Must maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support laundry operations, folding, washing and related services.
• Handle guest requests in line with brand standards and timely delivery.
• Greet guests in public areas in a warm, friendly manner.
• Provide pressing, sewing and other laundry services as needed.
• Maintain the linen room and store, stock levels and inventory.
• Ensure chemicals are stored and used correctly and report issues.
