Job summary

PEG Company is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure hotel linens, towels, and table linens are cleaned, pressed, and presented to high standards. You will support housekeeping by maintaining inventory, processing guest laundry, and delivering clean items to designated areas.

The role requires experience in hospitality laundry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience in a hotel environment highly desired.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to follow job duties.
• Ability to work varied schedule as necessary including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, sort, and process linens and guest laundry according to procedures.
• Inspect laundry for stains and damage; treat stains as required.
• Fold, press, and organize laundered items for distribution.
• Maintain counts of clean and soiled linens.
• Deliver clean linens to designated storage or housekeeping areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry facility and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages or malfunctions.
