Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a Laundry Attendant for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites High Point - Archdale, NC. You will manage linens, from washing to folding, ensuring a steady supply for guest rooms and amenities.

Responsibilities include operating commercial washers, coordinating routines with room attendants, inspecting for damage, and maintaining clean, organized laundry areas. Weekend shifts are required; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry, housekeeping, or commercial washing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of fabric care and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and stack linens, towels, and bed coverings according to quality and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate laundry duties to ensure a continuous supply of clean linens during the shift.
• Strip linens from guest rooms during peak hours to start washing; inspect for stains/damage.
• Maintain organized laundry rooms and storage areas; secure chemical storage when not in use.
• Turn in lost and found items to management; assist with basic housekeeping as assigned.
