Daly Seven in Archdale, NC is seeking an Assistant Head Housekeeper for Holiday Inn Express & Suites High Point - Archdale. This hands-on role supports management and the Head Housekeeper to maintain top cleanliness standards across the hotel.

You will train staff, inspect rooms, assist laundry operations, and ensure guest satisfaction with efficient, safe, and quality service during a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience required; supervisory or lead role a plus.
• Strong cleaning skills with early leadership and communication abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and high personal quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Monitor daily housekeeping and laundry workflows; coach staff as needed.
