Job summary

Residence Inn Palo Alto Los Altos is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping operations at our CA hotel. You will handle linens, assist guests, and help maintain clean, organized storage and delivery areas while supporting the maintenance team.

The role requires basic communication skills, physical movement, and the ability to stand and walk for long shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve hotel goals.
