Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Housekeeper at Residence Inn Palo Alto Los Altos. You will clean guest rooms to brand standards, change linens, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests. Teamwork and friendly guest interaction are encouraged, with emphasis on safety and efficient room turnover.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Wipe surfaces, dust, and vacuum guest rooms per brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and follow green practices as trained by the hotel.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile during shifts.
• Clean multiple rooms daily and report any maintenance issues.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
