Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Laundry attendant experience preferred.
• Must have basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills.
• Experience with Hotel Brand systems preferred.
• Customer Service Skills required.
• Prioritization and time management skills required.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Loads articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agent.
• Turns valve to fill the washer with water and starts machine.
• Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and places into wringers and dryers for measured time cycles.
• Sorts dried articles according to identification number or type and folds items for storage.
• irons linens and ensures cleanliness of equipment; may dissolve soap and mix dyes as needed.
• Reports to work on time and in uniform; abides by company policies.
