Job summary

Wsmanagementinc is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain a steady supply of clean hotel linens and oversee end-to-end linen processing from collection to delivery. You will operate laundry equipment, iron, fold and store items while keeping the area clean and organized to meet brand standards and guest expectations.

The role requires flexibility for day, weekend, and holiday shifts, and a background in hotel housekeeping is highly valued for excellent guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in the hospitality industry in housekeeping highly preferred.
• Work experience as a laundry attendant, room attendant, housekeeper or maid preferred.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment, chemicals and products.
• Able to squat, kneel, twist, bend and crouch.
• Able to lift, push, pull and carry 30-50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain effective and quality work performance consistently.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel.
• Processes linen including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
• Operates washers, dryers and chutes; inspects for stains or damage.
• Maintains organization and sanitizes laundry area and machinery.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries with professional guest service.
• Properly store, label and manage cleaning supplies.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory and cross-train as needed.
