Shamin Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to sort, wash, dry and fold hotel linens, ensuring timely, clean supplies for guest rooms. The role requires basic reading/writing/math, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work quickly with attention to detail. Prior laundry or hotel-brand system experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
• Laundry attendant experience preferred.
• Basic Reading, Writing, and Math skills required.
• Customer Service skills required; prioritization and time management.
• Experience with hotel operations systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load articles into washer and add detergents; run cycles.
• Sort dried items by type and identification number.
• Fold, iron linens and store in proper bins.
• Lubricate machines and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Prepare chemicals and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Report to work on schedule in uniform; greet guests warmly.
