Responsibilities

• Assist with stripping and sorting dirty linens from guest rooms
• Remove stains and properly dispose of linens
• Operate washers and dryers, ensuring correct chemicals are used
• Fold linens to hotel standards and organize stock
• Wash bed wraps, duvets, mattress pads, and blankets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
• Assist housekeepers as needed
• Report damages or issues with laundry equipment or supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Wear a provided uniform and nametag at all times
• Ability to kneel, reach, crawl, and twist as needed
• Lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
• Perform repetitive motions for cleaning and folding
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
