Hotel 24 South, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dependable Kitchen Utility / Dishwasher to support our culinary team. You will help maintain cleanliness, operate the dishwashing area, and assist in other stewarding tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or vocational training, familiarity with sanitation regulations, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Operate dishwashing machine and ensure proper chemical use.
• Prepare work station with supplies and report shortages.
• Break down and clean dishwashing machine and work areas.
• Stock cleaned wares and equipment on kitchen lines.
• Follow OSHA regulations and health department sanitation standards.
• Assist in other stewarding tasks as assigned.
• Monitor temperature and ensure cycles run correctly.
• Advise supervisor of discrepancies or safety hazards.
