Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support kitchen operations by cleaning and organizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment. This role helps maintain a safe, sanitary, and well-stocked kitchen environment and contributes to smooth daily service.

You will follow health and sanitation guidelines, operate dishwashing equipment, and assist with light prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight items.

• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is not required, but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and follow proper cleaning procedures.
• Sort, stack, and store cleaned items in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, sinks, floors, and kitchen workspaces.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste as needed.
• Assist with light food prep or kitchen support tasks when requested.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report equipment issues or supply needs to the appropriate team member.
