Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and maintain hygiene per standards.
• Ensure outlets have sufficient ware and supplies for open shifts.
• Attend to spills and hazards promptly and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food prep areas (ovens, grills, hoods, fryers, tables, floors).
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations and perform additional duties as assigned.
