Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash receptacles and recycling bins in the kitchen.
• Rinse, clean, sanitize dishes and glassware and put away.
• Wash all dishes and pots in compliance with local health standards.
• Sweep & mop floors, maintaining a clean, orderly and safe kitchen.
• Spot-cleans walls and equipment.
• Transport and carry food items as needed.
