Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa in downtown Anchorage is hiring a dishwashing attendant. You will maintain the dish machine, wash glasses and dishes, and support the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in pot washer area.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sweep and mop, and manage spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; sanitize after use and replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
