Job summary

Hotel-Indig is seeking a Cook responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes for all Food & Beverage outlets and events. You will ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen while supporting cost-efficient operations.

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to deliver meals during peak periods, present dishes attractively, and maintain compliance with food safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items to brand or property standard recipes, ensuring an appealing product.
• Serve food promptly while maintaining high quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• Prepare and display food for buffets and banquet events per BEOs.
• Ensure station preparations are completed before service begins for smooth operations.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and sanitarily.
• Assist with storage and proper rotation of food items to minimize waste.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards and certification requirements.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
