Job summary

Saintson2nd is seeking a Full Time Dishwasher for the Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area in Rochester, MN. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, glassware, and kitchen areas while supporting the kitchen team in a safe, organized environment.

You will follow health and safety regulations, handle basic cleaning tasks, and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated and responsible.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, days and nights.
• Able to move about facility, lift up to 20 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals per policies.
• Good oral and written communication; basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware and utensils using machines or by hand.
• Sort, soak, and load items into dishwashing machines.
• Unload and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Transport waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, mop and maintain kitchen floors.
• Sanitize equipment, workstations and surfaces.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks.
