Job summary

LEGENDS & ASM GLOBAL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. The role supports the Food & Beverage team by cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen wares, and by maintaining a sanitary work environment during events.

Responsibilities include dishwashing, hand washing of pots and pans, trash disposal, floor cleaning, and assisting cooks during busy events. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 months of related experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to work under pressure within strict schedules and priorities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain grooming standards.
• Knowledge of basic food service health codes and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils and run through the dish machine.
• Deliver clean items to storage areas.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand and sanitize.
• Dispose of trash and sanitize waste cans.
• Sweep/mop floors and clean spills.
• Notify Kitchen Supervisor if dish machine temperatures fall below standards.
• Assist Cooks with food assembly during high production events.
