Job summary

Bridge Point is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support the kitchen of a large full-service hotel in Aurora, CO. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen while assisting the culinary team during busy service periods.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to food-safety and workplace-safety procedures in a fast-paced environment, with evening/weekend/holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or food-service experience preferred but not required
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and attentive to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle heavy racks, pots, and pans
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, cookware, utensils, trays, and kitchen tools
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other items by hand when necessary
• Return clean dishes and equipment to the appropriate storage areas
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean waste-disposal areas
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Clean sinks, workstations, and storage areas
• Assist with organizing kitchen supplies and equipment
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning and other assigned duties
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
