Atrium Hospitality's Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX is hiring for a full-time kitchen sanitation role. You will clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces, and support the kitchen and event teams.

No experience? We’ll train the right candidate. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive health coverage and 401(k) plan included.

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or squat for long periods.
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
