Atrium Hospitality's Richardson Renaissance in Richardson, TX is seeking a full-time line cook. You will prepare ingredients and cook menu items using various techniques, recreate dishes with consistency across restaurant and banquet operations, and keep a clean, well-stocked workstation.

Qualifications

• Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.
