Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and forecasts.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items in accordance with hotel recipes and specs.
• Read forecasts, menus and recipes to produce items for the area.
• Complete food order requisitions to procure necessary items.
• Interact with hotel guests for special requests.
• Work with cooks and team to present food per standards and cost controls.
• Audit storeroom items for quality and rotation; control food cost and safety codes.
• Other duties as assigned within this role.
