Qualifications

• Proven experience in a cook or similar role in hospitality.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes per hotel menu, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation; ensure timely service.
• Follow food safety, storage and sanitation regulations; keep workstation clean.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and report issues to chefs.

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; assist with cleaning.
