Responsibilities include handling all kitchen tasks efficiently, operating equipment safely, and ensuring cleanliness. Flexible shifts and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel food preparation is preferred.
• Must follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Produce all food orders promptly according to quality standards.
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Handle and store food items safely; keep areas clean and sanitized.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, dishes, and utensils; manage opening/closing duties.
• Serve food for Employee Cafeteria as directed by Chef or Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
