Job summary

Cliff House Maine is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and equipment, ensuring safety and comfort for our guests.

You will respond to requests, maintain cleanliness of work areas, and follow EPA refrigeration handling regulations. The role reports to the facilities team and requires flexibility with schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a similar position or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with general maintenance: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist other engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure their comfort.
• Maintain guestrooms and public areas with cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Prepare for daily work assignments and review priorities and projects.
