Job summary
The Sun Rose West Hollywood is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to direct efficient HR operations, including recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance, and associate relations. You will partner with hotel leadership to achieve guest service and business objectives.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in hospitality HR, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of state and federal laws.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or HR certification is helpful.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal HR laws.
- Ability to forecast departmental expenses and manage salaries/benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer HR functions including recruitment, training, benefits and associate relations.
- Lead management in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and retention of qualified staff.
- Oversee training programs and performance appraisal processes.
- Manage wage/benefit administration and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Coordinate labor relations, union contracts, and grievance responses.
