Job summary

The Sun Rose West Hollywood is seeking an HR Director who will lead all functions of human resources for the property, including recruitment, training, wage/benefit administration, and associate relations. You will guide managers in interviews and hiring, ensuring a positive employment environment and legal compliance.

Applicants should have 3+ years HR experience in hospitality, a related bachelor’s degree or HR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field or HR certification is helpful.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal HR laws and practices; ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage HR functions including recruitment, training, wage/benefit administration, and associate relations to support guest service and business objectives.
• Direct and instruct management in effective recruiting and interviewing to hire qualified associates.
• Develop, implement, and administer training programs; monitor performance appraisal processes.
