Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a seasoned People Manager to lead human resources operations at The Sun Rose West Hollywood. You will oversee recruitment, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance, and associate relations to sustain guest service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in HR within hospitality, a bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of state and federal laws. You will partner with the General Manager and management team to foster a positive, high-performing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle salary and benefits calculations and forecasting.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and administration of HR functions including recruitment, training and benefits.
• Direct management in recruiting, interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Oversee training programs and performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, wage/benefit administration and labor relations.
