Qualifications

• Assist housekeeping to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
• Handle linen and laundry tasks including distribution and soiled linen handling.
• Provide exceptional guest service to create a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness in lobby, hallways, and public areas.
• Wash and distribute clean glassware and mugs to closets, ensure stocked supplies.
• Deliver clean linen to Housekeepers and collect soiled linen for laundry.
• Thoroughly clean vents, walls, and carpet edges to uphold hygienic standards.
• Empty amenity baskets and dispose of bottles and items as requested by guests.
• Restock linens and amenities to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Prepare cots and amenities for guests when needed.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules for housekeeping equipment and report issues.
