Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, AL seeks a detail-oriented Houseperson to support housekeeping and maintain spotless public and guest areas. You will handle linen management, cleaning tasks, and ensure smooth operations to create a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the property by completing general cleaning tasks (lobby windows, guest hallways, floors).
• Manage linen and laundry: deliver clean linen, collect soiled linen, and ensure proper disposal.
• Inspect and clean areas such as hallways, staircases, service halls, vents, walls and carpet edges.
• Provide exceptional guest service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Deliver clean glasses and mugs to closets and keep supplies organized for guest rooms.
• Deliver and restock linens for guest rooms and laundering workflows.
• Prepare cots and other amenities for the next guest's use.
• Adhere to the maintenance schedule for housekeeping power equipment and report issues.
• Empty trash from Housekeepers in guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle special guest requests promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Perform daily cleaning of lobby windows, guest hallways and floors.
