Responsibilities

• Assure cleanliness of hotel grounds, entrances, storage facilities, and guest rooms.
• Communicate with managers regarding maintenance issues and property.
• Interact with teammates and guests in a friendly and professional way.
• Deliver items to hotel guests as directed.
• Assist with TV remotes, thermostats, TVs, and moving furniture.
• Support laundry and housekeeping departments as needed.
• Distribute linen, supplies, and room amenities properly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Daily carpet shampooing.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
