Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Houseperson to maintain cleanliness across hotel grounds, entrances, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas while delivering exceptional guest service. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep hotel grounds, entrances, storage, trash areas, hallways, elevators, stairs, and guest rooms clean.
• Communicate maintenance issues with managers.
• Interact with teammates and guests professionally.
• Deliver items to guests as directed.
• Assist with TV remotes, thermostats, fixtures, telephones, and moving furniture.
• Support laundry/housekeeping as needed.
• Distribute linens and housekeeping supplies.
• Stock carts with cleaning and paper supplies.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift, pull, and push moderate weights.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
