Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective English communication with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to use PPE and cleaning tools.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Housekeeping or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants in maintaining guest room floors and service areas.
• Transport soiled linens and towels to collection bins or loading dock.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize hallways and public areas.
• Deliver guest-requested items promptly (beds, cribs, amenities).
• Restock linen rooms and manage supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling to designated areas.
• Flip mattresses and assist with heavy cleaning tasks.
• Maintain clean workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Support a team-oriented environment with professionalism and dependability.
