Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking Room Attendants/Housekeepers to maintain guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms and beds, delivering a warm, home-like environment and friendly service that guests remember.

You will work with a supportive housekeeping team to keep rooms spotless, stocked, and inviting, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist with laundry while providing professional guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to lift and move items; comply with safety guidelines.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective time management to fulfill daily housekeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including bathrooms, living areas, and bed changes.
• Work with the housekeeping team to deliver spotless, inviting rooms.
• Restock guest room supplies and prepare carts for next shift.
• Use professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist with laundry duties such as collecting, sorting, and transporting linens.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and team members.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
