Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a trainer for Hotel Housekeeping to develop and facilitate training programs, ensuring cleanliness, safety and high service standards for guests and team members. The role supports leadership with administrative duties and will primarily operate on day shifts with some schedule variation.

The position offers weekly pay, health benefits, and growth opportunities within Mystic Lake's hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Any combination of supervisory or room inspector experience in a hotel environment to equal two years.

Job Overview: Develops, writes and facilitates Hotel Housekeeping training programs to ensure departmental operational goals are met in cleanliness, safety and service standards for guests and team members. Monitors departmental procedures and programs. Applies high guest service standards. Supports Housekeeping leadership with administrative duties. This position will work primarily day-shift 9am-5:30pm with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
