Job summary

Mountaineer Casino is seeking a housekeeping support role to assist the room attendants with cleaning, stocking, and coordinating supplies. You will liaise between housekeepers, deep cleans, and supervisors to ensure courteous and rapid service.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, supply delivery, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to work various shifts in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Available to work all shifts.
• Able to perform duties under time pressure and pass a background check; WV Racing License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housekeeping projects and area coverage with the supervisor.
• Move and organize supply rooms and equipment as directed.
• Deliver lines, glasses and supplies to rooms and other areas.
• Perform routine cleaning: dusting, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, stripping beds.
• Non-routine tasks: floor refinishing, window washing, carpet shampooing, furniture movement.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and health department standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
