Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Santa Fe, NM seeks a reliable Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team. You will support housekeeping and Front of House operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces are clean, organized and guest-ready.

Responsibilities include daily coordination with leadership, safety compliance, deep cleaning, and assisting other teams to maintain seamless daily operations. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
• Communicate daily with leadership regarding assignments and timeframes.
• Maintain positive interactions with team members and guests.
• Follow safety and health regulations including PPE protocols.
• Perform room support after checkout including stripping bedding, towels and trash.
• Maintain corridors, service areas and public spaces in clean condition.
• Change soiled linens on beds according to standards and Green Program guidelines.
• Report safety hazards and any loss or damage of linens, furniture or equipment.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Know cleaning chemicals and explain their purpose on request.
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Support housekeeping attendants and Front of House teams for seamless operations.
• Follow all company safety and security policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance.
• Protect company assets and confidentiality of information.
• Other duties as assigned at the property.
