Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
• Assign rooms and duties to housekeeping staff and provide direction, supervision
• Assist with employee training and ensure staff have the tools and equipment needed
• Maintain PAR levels and submit monthly linen and terry inventory reports
• Assist with recruitment and staffing within the housekeeping department
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, and linens are clean and in good repair
• Oversee the ordering, receiving, counting, and storage of linens, bathroom supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, or maintenance concerns
• Maintain high product quality and service standards; ensure guest satisfaction
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments
