Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Receive staff feedback, follow up and notify management of concerns.
• Complete weekly payroll and track work incentives for additional rooms cleaned.
• Order supplies and guest amenities and complete monthly linen inventory.
• Inventory, record and secure lost and found items.
• Assist staff as needed, including cleaning hotel rooms.
